If an item arrives damaged, spoiled or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours on 0707 886 6127 with your order details and a photo where possible. We will replace the item or refund you to your original payment method.
For hygiene reasons, opened food items cannot be returned unless they are faulty as described above.

Order in-store at Asaba Mall or by phone. We deliver within Asaba and surrounding areas during opening hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm). Delivery timing and any fee will be confirmed with you before your order is dispatched — no surprises.
